Beginning in the 2023-24 school year, the elementary school will have the option of completing your child’s annual dismissal form electronically using this Google Form. By completing the electronic form, you will not need to complete the paper copy sent to you in the summer mailing packet. You must submit one google form for every child that attends kindergarten through grade 5 at Schuylerville Elementary School by Monday, August 21.
In the appropriate section of the form, please indicate any special scheduling circumstances as it relates to school bus transportation (i.e. your child will be going home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and to a secondary location (such as babysitters, please have address listed) on Tuesday and Thursday.)
