A number of schools within our region, as well as statewide, received bomb threats today, Oct. 18 via phone and/or email. As of 2:00 p.m. Schuylerville CSD has not received a threat. The New York State Police, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department, and the FBI are continuing to investigate the threats, which at this time, are not credible.
We will continue to monitor the threats and swatting attempts in conjunction with law enforcement and keep our school community informed. Safety is our top priority each and every day for all students and staff, and every potential threat is always taken seriously.
