On July 1, Lauren Leahy will join the Schuylerville Central School District as the new District Treasurer. Leahy has 11 years of experience working in a school district/BOCES-related financial environment.

Board of Education appoints new elementary school principal
Stacy Marzullo is currently the Director of Elementary Special Education, Pre K-5, for the Niskayuna Central School District. She will begin her new role in Schuylerville July 21.

Students raise more than $8K for Ronald McDonald House Charities
During its 2023 fundraiser, Schuylerville Elementary School raised $8,102.66, with 79 total participants!

2023 High School Academic Awards Night
170 award recipients were nominated by their classroom teachers for their dedication and work ethic this past school year. In addition, the several students received the Youth Leadership Recognition Award from NYS Senator James Tedisco.

37th Annual Capital Region Students and Teachers Who Make a Difference
Capital Area School Development Association (CASDA)’s annual recognition program honors outstanding graduating seniors from high schools throughout the region and their teachers. Congratulations to senior Lillian Letzring and Schuylerville High School teacher Katie Bottisti.
