NHS and NJHS induct new 2022-23 members
Students attain membership by demonstrating the five pillars that serve as standards for the Society: knowledge, scholarship, leadership, character and service.

350 lbs of candy donated to ‘Treats for Troops’ program
The candy was boxed and shipped to the Shawn M. Farrell Reserve Center in Saugerties, NY. From there, it will be sorted, repackaged and then mailed to troops in the states and abroad.

Nov. 9 lockdown drill
All Schuylerville students and staff participated in an announced lockdown drill. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office was present on campus; a K-9 officer did a safety sweep of the high school building during the drill.

Local artist engages students with live, full-day oil pastel demonstration
Kendra Farstad worked in Kirt Winslow’s Studio in Drawing classes, giving students the opportunity to see an artist work in real-time.

Oct. 27 letter to the community: violent threat
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department, in conjunction with Schuylerville Central School District administration, have investigated a threat made in-person by a Schuylerville High School student directly to other students during the school day. Click here for more information.

1st annual Middle School Booster Bash raises more than $8K
More than 175 students registered to participate in the three-week long fundraiser, culminating with an on-campus color run to celebrate the conclusion of the school-wide endeavor.
