Elementary students recognized for the 3 B’s

Schuylerville Elementary School held a special assembly to recognize students who embody the core values of the school’s 3 B’s: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe. The initiative aims to highlight positive behaviors and encourage students to model these qualities throughout their school day.

A 3 B winner in March for Schuylerville Elementary School

Principal Stacy Marzullo led the assembly, reminding students of what it means to live out the 3 B’s in various school settings, including during assemblies, in classrooms, and on the playground. Members of the KC Club also performed a few skits, highlighting positive behaviors that can be modeled each day.

Students from UPK through grade 2 were nominated by their classroom teachers for their outstanding demonstration of respect, responsibility, and safety. Students in grades 3-5 participated in a peer-voting process to identify classmates who stood out for consistently displaying these values.

  • Being Responsible: working hard, making the right choices, and doing your best on schoolwork.
  • Being Respectful: using good manners, taking care of belongings, using school materials properly, and showing kindness to everyone.
  • Being Safe: maintaining calm and controlled bodies, taking extra care on playground and PE equipment, and keeping hands to oneself.

Congratulations to all the students who were honored during this event for their dedication to the 3 B’s!
