Class of 2025 senior Ollie Bolduc officially signed with LeMoyne College to play Division 1 Lacrosse, with plans to major in criminal justice. During his signing ceremony, Schuylerville High School Lacrosse Coach, Morgan Cornell, talked about Bolduc’s extensive accomplishments. A four-year varsity starter, he has surpassed 300 career points, with the possibility of breaking the existing record in Schuylerville lacrosse history. Bolduc was a First Team Foothills Council All-Star sophomore and junior year, and a Second Team Foothills Council All-Star his freshman year. In addition, in 2024, he was All State Second Team Attackman. Bolduc is a three-season athlete, playing football and basketball in the fall and winter seasons, and is consistently a scholar athlete, maintaining a GPA of 90 or higher.
“Those accomplishments speak to Ollie as a player, however, they don’t really talk about how genuine of a human being he is,” said Coach Morgan Cornell. “It’s been a pleasure to coach him and watch him grow into the athlete and young man that he is today. He’s worked so hard to be able to reach his goal of going to a division one school. We will cherish watching you create your own destiny. Looking ahead to this upcoming season, we know that Ollie is going to do what he’s done in the past four years: lead by example, bring guys along the way. As a coach, it makes my job really, really easy when you have a guy like Ollie on your team.”
“Once I played for Coach Cornell, he made me love the game more than I ever have in any sport,” said Bolduc. “I want to thank my parents and brother for always being there for me, as well as Coach Cornell and Coach Richard. It’s awesome that I get to play college lacrosse in New York and follow in some incredible Schuylerville lacrosse athletes’ footsteps.”
